About Us

Billy-Joe and Sarah Smithias are 

the owner/operators of Smithias Contracting; a multi-faceted 

company which carefully and 

expertly dismantles barns and 

other centurion buildings 

vulnerable to the affects of time 

and land development. The 

reclaimed vintage materials are 

then processed for sale as raw 

materials or are transformed into 

custom made to order furniture, 

décor and accent pieces.

We are a young couple 

passionate about the business we 

have created helping our 

customers find and create 

spectacular accents in their home 

or business from our vintage
